This is where prayer requests for the various needs of our sub-district community, and our sister churches in South America reside.

You may find this section useful for providing focus, context, and inspiration for your daily intercession and prayer for the Kingdom. You may also submit your prayer requests for your care-group, unit, or sub-district, and invite others to pray with you.

Do check this section often to find out where you can make a great difference in the heavenly realms through faithful intercession and prayer.

Water Baptisms, Visitation and Discipleship in Hope Quito

The Kingdom is advancing in Quito, Ecuador!Water baptism in Quito

Please join us in prayer:

  1. Pray that God will keep Luis and Carolina strong and faithful, to grow individually in their relationship with God, to grow as a couple, and to grow as exemplary parents. Pray for them to capture God's Great Commission burden to rise up and take ownership of Hope Quito.
  2. Pray for the church members
    • to obey God's Word especially in tough situations, and to experience His blessings in obedience.
    • to grow in basic Christian habits (reading and applying God's Word regularly, to pray and worship God daily, to serve others, to tithe regularly)
  3. Pray for a more longer-term venue (strategic location, affordable, and can hold about 35-45 people). We're looking for a more permanent venue for church service (so that we can have more flexibility in using the place, and less logistics).

Hope Quito Prayer Request - April 2008

Please pray for:

  1. A core group of faithful supporters to be formed. Right candidates to be chosen, for them to function faithfully & according to their gifts. Pray for them to be blessed & anointed in their ministry.
  2. Replacement team to have tent-making jobs at the American International Missionary School, thereby providing their visas & sustainable income.
  3. More professionals to join the Saturday English Conversational Event.

Hope Santiago Prayer Request - April 2008

Please pray for:

  1. Profound spiritual encounter & experience for the current flock so as to increase & deepen their commitment to God & the church.
  2. Assimilation of new believers, potential members & coreteam members into the vision.
  3. More lives to be touched through evangelism & outreaching efforts.
  4. More Christian professionals to be attracted to the fellowship.

Hope Lima Prayer Request - April 2008

Please pray that:

  1. New coreteam member, Lidia, to continue to be strong in her walk with God.
  2. New Adults care-group on Thursday to grow in quantity & quality. Anointing & wisdom for the new care-leaders, Oscar & Lidia.
  3. Search for a new place that has a bigger hall for the church service & rooms for weekly activities.
  4. Youth group to grow spiritually under the leadership of Laura & Keng Suan.
